Clear Trip flights - Refund amount not paid

I booked flight from Mumbai to Madurai on **th April, **** on the next day received message that flight has been cancelled. so asked for refund of my money, but i shocked to hear that my hard earned money will not be refunded and transferred to some other wallet and will be used in * year time. but i am not a frequent flyer. i talked with CC several time but i have not received any reply. and the call center lady put my call on hold for more than ** minutes and she gone elsewhere
But in the website of clear trip showing my money will be transferred in * - ** days but i have not received till now almost ** days completed. copy of clear trip site screen shot enclosed for your ready reference.


kindly resolve the same and refund my money at the earliest.
