Redbus.in - RedBus hotel refund for additional GST amount collected

I had booked my hotel through redbus.in having booking ID HTLB*BF*Y*** and Voucher Id T***O******* for dated * Nov to ** Nov ****.
When i book my hotel on ** July **** GSTS rate is ** % for my booking but now (in October ****) government has reduced it to **% and you collected Rs.**** as hotel taxes.
I talk to hotel and they are saying they had refunded excess GST amount to your online booking partner i.e. RedBus. and they will only return it to you.
Kindly refund me excess GST amount which my hotel had returned you ASAP to my HDFC credit card ending ****.
