Today I ordered a food items parcel from the Swiggy website and the delivery agent was unprofessional, impolite and rude in his talk over the phone. He could not reach my destination even after my directions politely over the phone. He did not heed to my request and did not agree to turn up at the next available streetparallel to my house even at these turbulent times. This is clearly a lapse in training of delivery agents in the residential area from Swiggy. I could not show up my face to my starving parents after re-entering the house. A strict and severe action to be taken from all those involved in this heinous crime and a thorough investigation needs to be completed. Lazypay Transaction ID : TXN*********
I ordered another food item parcel from another hotel the second time on Swiggy website only to talk to the delivery agent again who was not clear in his speech and waiting at a wrong place even after I gave the proper directions to my home. I ventured out and collected the parcel from him only to see the parcel did not have my name printed on it. He chased me again only to ask for the OTP to verify on his mobile, even pretending not to verify OTP when the option was available at his mobile. A clear case of misunderstanding and unwillingness of the hotel staff to deliver the food items parcel to the needy in these turbulent times all across the country. I returned the parcel having decided not to spend any more time in talking to him without success. I told him that I would be able to get a refund having sensed the unprofessional behaviour all across my residential area the past * year. Thought swiggy was the number * food delivery partner in entire India and this turned out to be a damp squib. A serious letdown to good peace-loving Brahmin people in a residential area and I would require a big compensation in terms of money for this. Have attached the below document for your reference.
