Livpure - Purifier in warranty but not giving service by the company

I have purchased a purifier of Livpure RO in January ****, but the after two months water purifier giving problem and the service executive says that in purifier parts are not under warranty..
But when i am purchased the purifier they give one year warranty showing in bill. Now they tell that you purchased from online so u dont receive any warranty ...now they said that you can make amc so you receive all the benifit..kindly look into the matter..
