I had ordered Samsung Galaxy M** for Rs. **,*** on Reliance Digital on ** Jan, **** & the delivery date was ** Jan, **** but I have not yet received the product as on ** Jan, **** (* pm). As on date, the price of the product is Rs. **,***. Even if refund is processed, I would want some compensation over and above Rs. **,*** as i had to disturb my daily work timings & do constant follow ups with the Reliance Digital Customer Support. Even the Sales Head or the CEO is not bothered about the delivery of the product. How can a company, a brand, "Reliance" not know where is the product?
I have not yet received a confirmed date as to when will I receive the phone I ordered.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
