I bought a Samsung bespoke refrigerator from samsung india on **st April **** which I bought through sbi phonepe select credit card on emi.Sansung portal also showing the product bought on emi and also received a email from samsung having invoice in which total paid amount is mentioned along with status product bought on emi.I received my bank statement on *th May in which bank levied full payment to me and on making call bank told me that samsung has not informed the bank to convert payment to emi and so emi is not showing in their portal.I mailed samsung about the problem so many times and even to bank but still no issue resolved and my payment date is coming.Kindly help me out and do the needful .I am being harassed by company from last ** days.No resolution provided.my order Id is IN******-******** .aits a samsung bespoke refrigerator ***L.ordered on **st April at **:** pm .Need an action against the company.
