Livpure - Filter is is faulty

I purchase Livpure Glitz model two months back and has warranty of * year. Niw after using it for * month, started getting issue where water is not getting filtered.So we are not getting water out if filter. Raised complaint * times and still issue is there, now for the third time technician is not visiting the to repair and even livpure customer care is not giving proper response to schedule technician visit inspite calling many times.
I want this filter ti get replaced get company.
