Nykaa Fashion - Pickup not done from correct address

I received the order on **th April, on **th in Vadodara,Gujarat. I initiated the return, on **th, **th, **th, **th April, I was getting a call from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Even after complaining to nykaa customer care there is no solution. And today when I tried calling them, then disconnected my call. How is it possible that they deliver the product in Gujarat and for pickup they are calling me from Kanpur. I have asked them so many time to change the pincode which they have wrongly put. I have emailed, connected thru call and chat with them on nykaa app. But there is no solution. Order ID - NYK-********-******* AWB - R**********NYK
