Livpure - Pickup is not happening

Sir/Madam,

While taking livepure its a good process i have submitted my documents and paid deposit after that they delivered. But while leaving livpure its like i am doing a offence . *st of all they are not approving every i need to call them and inform so everyday they used to inform me that approval team called you but call not connected but i didnt received any call from them that i am ***% sure . After many days they approved automatically They didn't call me tell me if i dont want your service who are you to approve ?
And after that pickup is not happening and i am getting frustrated and for this i have to stay in Bangalore i am not able to come to my hometown i have to pay my rents extra for * months because without giving them the machine if i come then how i can give them the machine tell me and i dont have any friends nearby also so tell me what to do is this a right thing . This is the thing and aproval and pickup is taking this much time then refund will take *year of time?
