I had purchased handset model Samsung S** FE *G from Samsung website on **-Sep-**** and opted for exchange option which had an additional offer of Rs. **** discount on exchange. The original price of handset was Rs. ***** and after exchange of old handset including offer, I paid amount of Rs. ***** to Samsung. On receipt, I found the handset defective and in non-working condition. As per Samsung's input, I purchased another handset (same model) paying the complete price now and returned the defective handset with all required details like Death on Arrival certificate from Samsung Service Center. Later, Samsung has refunded to me Rs. ***** only and I am still following up with Samsung since mid of October for the refund of remaining amount of Rs. **** (cost of old handset exchange with additional discount) and I have not received the mentioned amount till date.
I have written multiple mails to Samsung support team and team is not taking any actions.
* weeks back their support team mailed me that they will refund only the exchange amount and they won't be refunding the additional discount of Rs. ****.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
