placed an online order with an e-commerce website called Urbano Fashion (urbano.in) on [insert date]. I paid for * items, but I received only * item. When I contacted their customer support through phone and email, they initially responded but later blocked my number and stopped replying to my emails.
The company has not delivered the remaining products nor issued a refund. After checking online, I found several other consumers have reported similar fraud against this website.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
