Urbano Fashion - Package not dispatched yet from 10 days

I ordered * jeans and * shirt for Rs ****.** on **th march. Initially expected delivery was **th march but till now my product is not dispatched. Initially order was to be deliver by Delhivery shipment but I saw history and got to know that it has been cancel by seller itself. Now on their website, Shiprocket is being displayed for courier partner, but till now (**nd march) my product has not been picked up. I am calling on their voice support but number from last * days but they are not entertaining calls. On WhatsApp they are not replying with details.
