I am filing this complaint due to non-delivery of goods, provision of fraudulent tracking information, and a total breakdown of customer support.
Lack of Initial Progress: I placed a prepaid order on March **. Despite a promised delivery date of March **, the order status remained "Shipped Soon" for four consecutive days without any movement or communication from the brand.
Reactionary Status Updates: It was only after I proactively contacted their WhatsApp support on March ** (the delivery deadline) that the status was updated for the first time.
Deceptive Scheduling: Following my inquiry, the brand began manually updating the "Expected Delivery" date every morning to the current date. This appears to be a systemic tactic to delay the order and prevent it from being flagged as "overdue." Invalid Tracking Information: The brand provided a courier name and a Tracking ID. However, upon verification with the courier service, the Tracking ID is invalid and does not exist in their system. This suggests the shipping label was never actually handed over to a logistics partner.
Cessation of Support: As of March **, the merchant has stopped responding to all WhatsApp inquiries. There is no other functional channel to reach them, and my request for a refund remains unaddressed.
