**Subject: Complaint Regarding Order Status Not Updated – Unable to Initiate Return/Exchange**
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding an issue with my recent order from Urbano Fashion.
I ordered a pair of jeans from Urbano Fashion Line, which was delivered to me on ****th March**. However, even after **three days**, the **order status on the platform has not been updated to “Delivered.”** Because of this, I am **unable to initiate a return or exchange** for the product.
Since the day of delivery, I have been trying to resolve this issue through multiple channels:
* I have attempted to call the **helpline number more than ** times**, but have not received any response.
* I have **sent emails** regarding this issue, but there has been **no reply**.
* I have also **contacted the brand through WhatsApp via the website**, but there has been **no response there either**.
Due to the order status still showing as **pending**, the system is not allowing me to process a **return or exchange**, leaving me stuck without any solution.
I kindly request your team to:
*. **Update the order status to “Delivered” immediately**, and
*. **Allow me to initiate a return or exchange for the product**.
I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
