I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent order I placed with Urbano Fashion. The quality of the jeans I received was extremely poor and did not meet my expectations or the standards shown on your platform.
Because of the unsatisfactory quality, I requested a return on *th June. However, it has now been * days, and the return request is still not being processed. I have not received any proper update regarding the pickup or refund status.
This delay is very inconvenient and disappointing as a customer. I request you to kindly process my return request as soon as possible and provide an update regarding the refund.
Please resolve this issue at the earliest.
