Hi,
I ordered groceries in bigbasket due to coronovirus lock down. My order number is MCOO-*********-******. My delivery date was **- March**** between *pm to *pm. My family and I waited till **pm yesterday for the delivery. But no response was given to us. Today morning ** March **** they said my order was cancelled. It's okay I understand the logistics problem and the current situation. But they credited my amount to bb wallet, now how can I purchase the groceries they won't deliver it and I can't access the money due to shut down. This is down right day time robbery. How am I going to buy groceries for my family during this lock down. If we die of starvation we are blaming bigbasket. Please someone help us file consumer complaint against this fraud company.
