I had placed an prepaid order which was to be delivered on *th July and since then I have been receiving false updates that consignee not available. No attempt was made to deliver. I have escalated the matter to Nykaa and i am getting the same automated response that it will be delivered within ** hours. And it has been ** hours already. Lies continue. No refund and most importantly no resolution or apology. The team handling is unprofessional and inexperienced. I will uninstall the silly app but i am missing out on my refund or the order. This is extremely disturbing behaviour.
