I ordered a shirt with Nykaa Fashion on their website on *th of April I was promised delivery on **th of April initially and then when the product didn't arrive they wither the information about the shirt from the orders section. On emailing your support they only say there is an issue with the brand partner but do not tell me when I will receive the product . I was supposed to wear the shirt for an occasion and since I had to purchase another outfit incurring additional cost I am seeking compensation from the brand as I was not informed about the extended delivery at the time of purchase. I have incurred financial constraint due to the brand negligence
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
