Preethi Gopalakrishnan filed complaint against Big Basket on Dec 6, 2018
The order date was wrongly reflected on order confirmation. I did not raise an issue. But on the delivery slot confirmed also delivery did not happen. When I tried calling customer care, the number isn't functioning and when I used the chat support, there was no response. This is happening for the second time in one month! The just say we will give ** percent refund and thing it resolves the matter. Where are the products? Order Number #MHO-********-******
