Dear Team Samsung,
I am a regular user of Samsung products, (previous being Samsung A**) so I chose to buy a new product of Samsung itself, as the display went black of my A** and I am stuck. All of my details is within. But to my dismay, being a prepaid order with details as under:-
Order ID: ***********Order Date: **/*/**** , **:**:** pm
has not been delivered yet. Having words with your customer care service team and emails and words with your courier partner Bluedart is a pathetic response. Sorry to say, I did not expect this from your brand, where a person installs your Samsung Shop application for trustful processing, has to undergo all this. Is not this responsiblity of on your side that a product is deliverd peacefully. Why should customer only has to see that his product is delivered or not and it's wheareabouts. A customer buys your product for satisfaction and peace of mind, but this turned out you be nightmare. I recently bought Samsung M** for my better half also a week ago, and suggest the same to others.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
