I didn't receive my books since * months joined for UPSC IAS course...I had called many times helpine number but I still no delivery of books...Continuously asking for EMI from finance team but not any proper actions had been taken from your side....one lady from helpline team I was telling my queries she ended the call in between....How could she do that as we are hoping your side for best...exhaustively dissatisfied......I need to study from that books....If I didnt receive my books then gonna quit from the course....I'm not gonna suggest anyone ....Lame reasons giving from your side....
