RELIANCE DIGITAL - Package not delivered

I have placed an online order of MacBook air M* from Reliance digital on ** Jan ****.I received a mail that the product will be delivered on Feb ** ****.But after that I received another mail due to some issue the product will be delivered on Feb ** ****.I have called the customer care on Feb ** to know why there is a delay and when it will be delivered.They said it will be delivered by End of day itself.But it is not delivered.I have called them again on Feb ** **** and spoke with escalation team , they said that they can't track the product where it is but it will be resolved with in ** hours.I have called them again today Feb ** and they say they are still working on it.So, I asked for refund but they are saying they can't process refund and concern team will contact me but nobody contacted me.I am mentally stressed and couldn't do my office work.I want my refund.Kindly help me in getting refund.
