Nykaa Fashion - Package delayed over 20 days from expected delivery time

This complain is regarding my previous ticket **********, raised on **th November. And this was not my first ticket for same issue . None of Nykaa support is helping. After raising delayed delivery issue continuosly since last ** days I was told that my order will reach me within * -* days. Today is **th November and order is not moving at all. With huge disappointment , I am telling nykaa to keep order with you guys only. It's a waste for me. A complete failure of Nykaa. I am uninstalling app also. I want my refund for this order .
