I was overcharged ** Rs as against an upfront fee of Rs *** for wrong route taken by driver with many tolls. The driver had no idea of route and he kept on changing route. There was a promotion of Rs *** as well, which made me choose Uber over OLA. Their fare was only ***. This dishonoring of upfront fee by Uber is condemnable and unfair.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
