There is this company called Urbano Fashion. I have ordered Men's Dark Blue Slim Fit Washed Jeans Stretchable from them, ordered no. #U******. I have paid money online and my order is not delivered yet.
I have tried contacting company by whatsapp support, calling and email but there is no response from their side. In app they show Deliver by **rd October but today is **th October. During Order day it show deliver by **th October.
I would like to raise a complain against them.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
