Hey Urbano Fashion,
I ordered * jeans from the urbano fashion official website on *th October ****, order id: #U******
I was expected to get the rder delivered by *th October. But till now I have not received it.
To make a note, there is no update with regards to my order status on the website too, since * days
I also tried contacting the help and support team through WhatsApp and call, but didn't get ant response
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
