I have brought a air purifier whose warranty was supposed to end on ** Jan ****. The product stopped working in November ****, after multiple complaints, calls and mails finally the product was replaced on * Jan **** (approx **-** days after my first complaint). The replaced product stopped working on **th January **** (* days after replacement) of which I have raised complaint on ** January **** (the product was still under warranty) the company did not register my complaint. After multiple calls and mails they have updated my warranty period with respect to my replaced product date. Now currently the product is under warranty but company has denied free service or replacement, they are asking for money even when I have raised complaint on **th January ****. Now since **th January I'm calling them. Mailing the company they are torturing the consumer by saying different things every time. And now after these many days they have completed denied my product any service.
