I purchased a byjus course and it didn't meet our expectations so i cancelled the product within the return period and sent back all the materials they provided and after several requests I got back my initial payment. After few months i noticed that my loan is still active and I haven't received any noc, even after repeated mails and calls i haven't received. Now the bank is reporting to cibil which has impacted my score greatly to a point where now I can't get a loan.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
