Sangeetha Mobiles Private Limited - NOt received my refund after cancellation of my order

I ordered an iPhone ** Plus from Sangeetha Mobiles on June **, ****. They guaranteed delivery within * hours, but I waited ** hours. When I contacted them, they said they only had one person in the store and couldn’t deliver the phone. Understanding their situation, I asked if I could pick up the product from the store. I reached there and waited over * hours to get the correct valuation of my old phone, but they offered only half the value shown online. I requested them to cancel my order and refund my money. Since then, I have been repeatedly asking for my refund, but they keep telling me that I will receive it in * days. These * days have now turned into a month, and I still haven’t received my money back.
