Sangeetha Mobiles Private Limited - Neither order delivered nor cancelled

I placed an order (order no.******) with SANGEETHA MOBILES online ecommerce portal on **th of april ****.
Now they have informed me that the product i ordered is out of stock and so shipping is impossible.
So i asked them to cancel the order and give me my refund. But everyday their CS executive call me and tell me that my order will be cancel ASAP. It's already * days over but no any solution.
So now my Rs **** is stuck with them.
Kindly help me get my refund atleast.
