Sangeetha Mobiles Private Limited - Refund for the canceled order

I had placed an order online for one plus mobile through sangeetha mobile app on * July ****. Since I didn't get the emi option there, i had to cancel the order same day. When i contacted the customer service team over call they told me to wait * business days for the refund and for today its ** days i haven't got the refund yet. Whenever i call the CS team they're telling refund has been initiated and processed but there is issues from bank end so its getting delayed and to wait another *-* days. Giving the same reason i have waited ** days. I'm very sure none of the bank takes ** days to process the refund. These people are just fooling around. There's no proper response over call and they don't even respond to our email as well.
