Sangeetha Mobiles Private Limited - Package not delivered

I have ordered apple from sangeetha mobiles using Bajaj card the payment was successful but they are not delivering the product and giving false updates and blaming on payment but payment was successful done they are giving false updates for * days and misguided me then after *days they said order was cancelled from store side due to technical issues but they give false reasons I am not getting any clarification about my order they wasted my time for * days and by holding both product and money it effected me emotionally and I have contacted their customers care for ** times they have not given me any solution due to their technical issues in invoice the offer amount was ***** but invoice has ***** so they are not correcting their mistake and solving my issue instead their are blaming payment still not giving me proper solution
