Sangeetha Mobiles Private Limited - Package not delivered and poor customer srvice

I purchased a Iphone ** ***GB Lavender colour from Sangeetha online store because they were advertising and promising to deliver the product within ** hours. Upon placing the order with them, they debited the money and changed the expected delivery date from ** hours to **th October while I placed my order on **th October. This is outright fraud when you advertise something else and generate sales on the basis of your advertisement but then fail to fulfil the promise you advertised. Now that I am trying to reach out to then through emails and customer support number, nobody is responding to either. They have not shared any order confirmation or invoice with me over email or through message. They have simply debited my money from my card but there is no guarantee of order being placed, or delivery.
