On *th January I ordered one item from their sites through UPI payment (Google pay) and Money got debited from my account, I have proof of that but they are saying they have not received UPI payment and asking me to file a dispute/chargeback against this transaction with Nykaa Fashion. I did that too but the bank requires the beneficiary's latest bank account statement (statement with bank logo & account number) or Merchant confirmation for non-receipt of the funds
as Vendor (Nykaa) says they didn't receive the payment. I have called and mailed them thousands of times but they are not providing me that, they kept saying to dispute the transaction.
