Jayaraman filed complaint against Livpure on Oct 4, 2023
In my pursuit of a water purifier for my home, I came across Livpure's products on their website and subsequently reached out to them. I had the opportunity to speak with a representative named Mr. Akbar Ali, who provided me with detailed information about their product. Mr. Ali assured me that both the delivery and installation of the water purifier would be completed on the same day, September **, ****. To proceed with this transaction, he requested a security deposit of INR ****, in addition to a subscription fee of INR ***.
Trusting Mr. Akbar's words and the Livpure brand, I promptly paid the total amount of INR **** and eagerly awaited the delivery and installation of the purifier. However, much to my dismay, no progress has been made since then. Mr. Akbar Ali has ceased all communication through WhatsApp, and my attempts to reach the Livpure customer care team have been met with silence.
I kindly request your assistance in recovering the amount I paid and ask for your support in pursuing legal action against Livpure to prevent them from deceiving other unsuspecting consumers. To support my complaint, I have attached the payment proof for your reference.
I hope that you can help rectify this situation promptly, as it has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.
