Eureka Forbes - Not Able to Receive Free Service for split AC

I have been chasing Eureka Forbes to get free service done for my split AC which lies within * year of permissible time to avail free company provided service. It's been a week that technician is not visiting my place and i have to follow-up with customer care of Eureka Forbes. They have hired some *rd party service center named as We care and there technicians are big time lier. I dont know where to reach out now as I am done with all possible things that can be done.
