I ordered * items from Samsung on **th Feb **** (Smartphone, Charger & Ear Buds) out of which they have delivered Smartphone & charger on **th Feb but even after continuous reminder to delivery buds Samsung has failed to deliver the product on committed timeline. Customer support does not provide any form support & they only give vague answer & excuses that there is some technical glitch due to which they are not able to contact logistics department. Companies like flipkart, amazon etc provide delivery of the product within *-* days of placing an order but Samsung is neither providing me satisfactory response nor delivering me my product.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
