Water is not coming from my RO for * days now. I filed an online complaint on Sunday, **th October **** and then called them on Monday, **th October **** as I did not see any open ticket.
On Monday a ticket was opened and then I waited for the concerned team but no one showed up.
I called on Tuesday, **th Oct ** again and they told me that my subscription has been cancelled by Livpure and the superior team will get back to me in * hours. However, no one turned up and I kept waiting.
Today **th oct I called them again and they again told me that they would get back to me in one hour however, I kept waiting again and no one called.
There is no resolution from there side despite that my family is not getting drinking water from past * days and we are arranging it by buying it from local shops.
I have paid for subscription for one year which is valid till June ****.
No one is taking any responsibility and I don't know what should I do.
