Purplle - My order is not received for prepaid delivery

"I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my order placed on May **st, which was a prepaid order. As of now, I have received zero updates on the status of my order, and it has not arrived by the expected delivery date. Furthermore, your customer care channels are completely unresponsive, making it impossible to get any assistance. This has been a frustrating experience—I would like to know the status of my order immediately and how you intend to resolve this given that I have already paid for the product. Your service has been completely unacceptable."
