Reema Khanna filed complaint against Uber on Feb 18, 2023
I had taken a trip which showed Rs *** as the charge. After the trip was completed, I paid the required amount by google pay. The money got debited from my bank. But uber app showed still processing and did not allow me to book my next ride. I tried again and had to pay the same amount twice again through Google pay and once through paytm. Only then was I able to book my next ride. This happened again with my next ride.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
