I had booked indigo ticket for * passengers from Bangalore to Dehradun for ** of Oct . Since I had to reschedule i splitter the one into two. After splitting was done i re scheduled tickets for my son and wife and paid the difference and rescheduled charges accordingly which was *****. It was paid from Axis bank credit card .
I haven’t received the ticket yet and their customer care has no clue about the transaction . Axis says payment is done and Indigo says payment is not done.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
