Onsitego - mobile insurance fraud against onsite go

My Name is Preeti Bajpai. I am from Lucknow; I purchased my new Phone from Shri Ram Tower for Rs. *****/- on November **th, ****. I also wanted to take an insurance plan on same day for my new phone, so i went nearest insurance company (Ganpati Store Hazratganj Lucknow) for purchasing insurance plan of "Onsite go", There was Ms. Anupama Pandey, she told me that you can take an insurance plan within **days from the purchase of the phone date so i returned to my home because it was *:**pm, i was so happy because i bought a costly phone for the first time in my whole life. After a few days I went to “Ganpati Store” (onsite go) where I again met Ms. Anupama Pandey, she told me that I can purchase my insurance plan within this month (November). I paid *,***/- for a * year mobile protection plan on November **th, ****, i told Ms. Anupama that i want only a * year insurance plan from onsite go but she told me we have some terms and conditions in * year of plan and it is a totally money wasting plan so you can take a full mobile protection plan for * years. I agreed with her, and I did the same thing which she told me to do (but she misled me because I have no knowledge of insurance plans). The insurance details are given below: Onsite go order id: **************** After ** Days crossed accidently my new Phone fallen into the water (December **th, ****) it had totally water damaged i raised a complaint in (onsite go) for my mobile insurance claim the company advisor send his engineer for pickup my device, and * days later i received a call from (onsite go) and got informed by them that the purchase of phone date and insurance date are both different so that we cannot give your mobile claim. I told the executive of an insurance company that I was informed that (when I purchased an insurance plan) i can purchase an insurance plan within ** days from the new mobile purchase date but the executive of (onsite go) company canceled my whole * years of plan and sent back my damaged phone from my home after * * days back. My new phone was repaired from water damage, and it was totally damaged. The (onsite go) company is a total fraud company and Ms. Anupama Pandey is also a fraud woman. She gave her name Shreya Pandey and gave wrong information about purchase insurance. Now I went to the Ganpati store and communicated with Mr. Vivek on Phone call, but he answered my phone call only * time and did not pick up my call and he is not ready to talk or hear any type of words. For my mobile claim, but they have not given any information and did not pick up my phone call. Please investigate this matter because it has taken * months and action against (onsite go) the insurance company. Please act on Anupama and Vivek, they both wasted my time& money and mentally harassed they did not make a resolution to till date.
