I placed an order with Nykaa (Order No: NYK-********-*******). The product “Twenty Dresses by Nykaa Fashion Black Polka Dot Tiered Midi Shirt Dress (XL)” is marked as delivered, but I have not received it.
Only part of the order was delivered, and this item is missing. I contacted the delivery person, and he clearly confirmed that he does not have the missing product.
Despite reporting this issue to Nykaa, no proper assistance or resolution has been provided. This reflects negligence and poor customer service.
I request immediate resolution—either delivery of the missing item or a full refund.
If this issue is not resolved urgently, I will proceed with further escalation through consumer forums and make this matter public on social media platforms.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
