Missed indigo flight due to Indigo checkin crew at chennai airport though we enter checkin counter *hr ** mins prior to departure. as soon we reach counter , they told my family that Check IN closed , no one called out loudly to let us know about counter closure. As we have my father , mother (senior citizens) My family requested them like anything to INDIGO executives to let them in but no action from them . They just tried to pass the time almost * hr they pass the time finally told my family to pay **** RS per passenger for next flight booking. This is not acceptable behavior from INDIGO.
