Planetspark - Misrepresentation cheating

Counsellors from platform gave wrong information regarding classes and forced to pay over videocall by creating a sense of urgency. My *.* year old child who studies in KG was enrilled in classes with *-* year old kids(class *-* kids). Her classes are not changed despite multiple requests. False promises of age appropriate grouping were made by the platform over multiple calls & emails which is NOT DONE even after * months of classes. The platform has stopped responding, giving wrong, non working contact numbers and continuously harassaing & misleading me for * months straight with NO RESOLUTION OF PROBLEM & REFUND. REFUND REQUEST WAS RAISED AFTER FIRST FEW CLASSES WHICH THEY DENIED & HAVE BEEN DOING SO SINCE * MONTHS.
