Indigo Air lines - Lost money due to indigo staffs carelessness

I was about to board the flight but i had met with an emergency to stay for an hour while in the same place(hyderabad) i asked the ixigo staffs to reschedule the flight but they told they cant..and again i asked them to cancel the flight but they didnt cancelled and asked me to contact someother ixigo heads number for cancellation this was a couple of hours before the take off..when i contacted the provided number they told me they cant cancel contact the staff...again i approached the staff they were refusing to cancel again and i missed the flight and money in the midst of long quee and many quarrels happening in the indgo front desk with the customers and the indigo staff
