I orderd * hair serum from purplle. When i receive my order i open the box after delivery and see both of the serum was leaked and product also intact in the box but whole packet was wet for leakage.
I try thousands of times to return from order but after i attached photos and proceed they show me "SOMETHING WENT WRONG" eveytime.
I call their customer care number they don't response after that I'm try to chat with them and they talk to me in chat and i share every picture of leakage and my problems. After that they assured to cure my problem. Then *day passed and i continuously try to reach them but they are not responding. Please do action on them.
I need my money back or replacement.
