At the time of purchase, I was being informed to recharge whenever needed. I travel very often, so after a few months I recharged my account but it did not activate. After speaking to customer care they are now saying that I will have to pay for all the lapsed months even if I did not use it at all. They are fooling customers.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
