I placed my order on ** Nov **** and it was showing it will be shipped in **-** hours and get deliver by ** Nov. When I check after * days it was not shipped. I contacted customer support on whatsapp and they keep saying due to logistics issue it is not shipped and escalated this issue with warehouse team. After * days they again saying same thing and convincing me that it will be shipped on only ** Nov. But when I contacted them on * Dec, they were not responding to the my msg on whatsapp. Even no other proper way is there get the support from them. I'm trying to msg them but they are not responding.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
