Excitel Broadband Private Limited - Internet not working since yesterday

Since yesterday morning my internet is not working. I raised a complaint after doing the initial troubleshooting by myself. The complaint was closed without my permission and nobody connected with me to confirm if the issue was resolved. I raised another complaint and an engineer connected to verify light status. He said that I will get it rectified. Its been more than ** hrs and nobody had turned up to look into the issue.
Also, the engineer is not picking my call.
